Worked on a team of 6 undergraduate students and 3 faculty mentors. Half of us were Computer Scientists, the other half were Physicists, and our skill sets complemented each other very well.
Explored topics of eVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) drones, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Science / Engineering.

Research GalleryWorked with a student team to design and prototype a lunar rover.
#embedded software #arduino #robotics #teamwork #c++Will be presenting an updated poster detailing the additional progress made in the drone research. The audience will be student and faculty researchers, and all are coming from various Southern California universities.
Presented my summer research progress & results. The audience consisted of the President of CSUSB, school administration, faculty, and students.
View PosterCovered progress on research efforts to the entire group of CREST-program summer researchers at CSUSB (~30 students & faculty).
View SlidesPresented our team’s prototype to the group and gave a demonstration of its functionality. Audience was the entire California Space Grant Consortium group (~150 students & faculty from various community colleges).
View SlidesHey, I’m Autumn! I’m a full-time student studying Computer Science at Cal State San Bernardino. I’m also Treasurer of the Computer Science & Engineering club. I'm currently taking Physics II (Electricity & Magnetism), Linear Algebra, Contemporary Computer Architecture, and Game Design.
Over the summer I did AI & Drones research with my physics department, and I’ve continued it throughout this fall semester. This internship has launched my interest in Machine Learning & more specifically, Reinforcement Learning.
